We built an Office Extension that allows a User to upload the current Document as well as Emails to a Online Document Management System available at www.Simplepaper.de

The Extension is available in multiple applications of the Microsoft Office 2010 Suite:

• Outlook
• PowerPoint
• Word
• Excel
• Visio
• Project

The Upload itself is a combination of Windows BITS-Services (Background Intelligenge Transfer Services) and a Webservice that controls the Metadata.

The Application is built on top of Add-In-Express tools and is delivered as Setup-Package.

The Word Document Upload - When a Document is new or modified, the user is asked to save the doc first.
